Bluestacks App Player ( is the best performing Android emulator, But it nags you to pay for premium or install sponsored apps sometimes which then need to be deleted from My Apps on Google Play.
HandyAndy ( is pretty decent, but its touchscreen drivers are a bit clunky and not entirely accurate at times. For instance, it doesn't like when you drag your finger across the screen. But definitely "handy" if you want to run dual emulators on your computer.
