Android Emulators
Bluestacks App Player (www.bluestacks.com) is the best performing Android emulator, But it nags you to pay for premium or install sponsored apps sometimes which then need to be deleted from My Apps on Google Play.
HandyAndy (www.andyroid.net) is pretty decent, but its touchscreen drivers are a bit clunky and not entirely accurate at times. For instance, it doesn't like when you drag your finger across the screen. But definitely "handy" if you want to run dual emulators on your computer.

Greenshot (getgreenshot.org) is a light-weight screenshot software tool for Windows with the following key features:
  • Quickly create screenshots of a selected region, window or fullscreen; you can even capture complete (scrolling) web pages from Internet Explorer.
  • Easily annotate, highlight or obfuscate parts of the screenshot.
  • Export the screenshot in various ways: save to file, send to printer, copy to clipboard, attach to e-mail, send to Office programs or upload to photo sites like Flickr or Picasa, and others.

Zippy Photo Stitcher (link) is a web-based utility that stitches a grid of up to 9 photos into one composite image.
